Accounting department

The Accounting Department is responsible for :

- Maintain accounting and classify accounting records ;
- To advise the General Management in the field of coverage of the services of the Office ;
- Record invoices and other payment requests, prepare checks, payment orders to be submitted for signature ;
- Carry out the bank reconciliation ;
- Participate in the annual planning and budget ;
- Periodically check the cash register and regularly assess the cash position ;
- Regularly monitor the cash and stock situation ;
- Ensure all other activities entrusted to him by the Administrative and Financial Director ;
