Personnel and Logistics Department

The Personnel and Logistics Department is responsible for :

- Maintain and retain staff records :
- Inform staff of their administrative and financial situation ;
- Plan annual rest leave ;
- countersigned outputs ;
- Ensure the regularity of payment of staff remuneration ;
- Monitor the management of credits and advances to staff ;
- Implement the provisions of the Staff Regulations on a permanent basis ;
- Centralize the qualitative and quantitative needs of staff and develop the Terms of Reference for recruitment ;
- Coordinate the keeping of attendance records ;
- Organize sports and cultural activities ;
- Ensure the health of the workplace ;
- Ensure ONPR logistics ;
- Ensure the organization of staff meetings ;
- Ensure all other activities entrusted to him by the Administrative and Financial Director.
